At AXZIZ LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, services, and customer experiences. Because many of our products are custom-made, creator-driven, or manufactured on demand, our return policies may vary depending on the item or service purchased.
General Return Eligibility
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The product remains unused and in its original condition
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us prior to returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Artist-created merchandise
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Branding, marketing, consulting, or creative services
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the request and work toward a replacement, store credit, or resolution where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for eligible items depending on inventory availability and production status.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an AXZIZ fulfillment error or damaged delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Creator & Partner Products
Many products sold through the AXZIZ ecosystem are developed in collaboration with independent creators, artists, influencers, and brand partners. Because of the custom and collaborative nature of these products, some items may have creator-specific fulfillment and return guidelines.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe after the return has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom, made-to-order, or production-stage items may not be canceled once manufacturing or fulfillment has begun.
